ABOUT THE HOUSE
Villa ZOI in Almyrida in Crete is a great place and has plenty of room for 8 people. The villa ZOI has 185 m2 with living space over two floors. Total area with covered terraces is 250 m2. The villa was completed in the autumn of 2019. The villa is sheltered from view and is experienced as very private. Saltwater pool and large outdoor areas. Villa ZOI is centrally located and a short cozy walk through the buildings leads down to Almyrida’s main street with restaurants, shops and the beautiful soft sandy beach.
MAIN HOUSE: Villa ZOI has 4 en suite bedrooms and balconies with simple furniture. All bedrooms have double beds with cotton-satin linens. The bedrooms have light-tight curtains and mosquito nets. One of the bedrooms has the possibility of an extra bed for children. One of the bedrooms (bedroom 2) has a double sink. All bedrooms and areas are air conditioned. All bathrooms have hair dryers and towel dryers. One bedroom on the ground floor is on the same level as the terrace in front of the pool. Good for people with movement problems. Most of Villa ZOI’s outdoor areas are nicely located without level differences.
OUTDOOR AREAS: The villa has a large patio with several areas for cosiness and relaxation. At the «back» you can enjoy your breakfast coffee in the sun and in the afternoon the «back» is cool and shady which is also preferable. The villa has 8 sun loungers with thick mattresses and several chairs for sunbathing options. Umbrellas and small tables. Own herb bed and a small olive grove. The entire Villa ZOI is surrounded by stunning views of the entire Almyrida area and the «White mountain» Lefka Ori. The pool at Villa ZOI has salt water with the possibility of heating. The pool is divided in two. The main pool with overflow is 9×4 meters and 1.60 m deep. The smaller part is 4×2.2 m has a bench and 1 meter deep. There is plenty of space around the pool for 8 sun loungers with thick mattresses. Umbrellas and several types of deck chairs. Villa ZOI has a nice BBQ with barbecue and bar counter. Kitchen counter in concrete, sink and running water. A large dining table with seating for 8-12 people.
KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND LIVING ROOM The kitchen is well equipped with dinner and breakfast service, crockery and glasses in all varieties for 12 people. The dining table seats 8 people. Pots, pans, toaster, toaster, coffee maker and even hand mixer. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, refrigerator with water and ice cubes and of course a dishwasher. The living room has a long sofa located against the beautiful view «White Mountain». Two good chairs for those who want to use the TV or the fireplace. Villa ZOI has Norwegian TV channels and many international channels, PlayStation 4 and internet / WIFI. Villa ZOI has a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron and one additional WC. The villa has an alarm system.
A LITTLE ABOUT ALMYRIDA Almyrida is a charming village located just a 30 min drive from the center of Chania town and 40 min from Chania International Airport. Almyrida is a quiet, calm and family-friendly fishing village with a fantastic sandy beach which year after year has received the EU’s blue flag for clean water. One part of the beach is shallow and quiet and great for young children. The rest of the beach is less shallow and suitable for older children and adults, and just as wonderful. Almyrida offers many small tavernas, cafes and bakeries located by the sea. Almyrida also has all kinds of shops where you can buy meat from the butcher, fish from the fisherman, groceries, vegetables and other useful and useless for a relaxing holiday. All shops and restaurants are open until late at night during the season. Almyrida has some water sports activities on the beach such as kayaking and windsurfing. You can rent a private boat with the captain or join a guided tour of caves with fantastic sea. You can rent a car, motorbike and scooter to explore the small Greek villages around Almyrida.
SERVICE: We offer cleaning 1 time per week with change of bed linen, towels, bath sheets and cleaning. Heated pool at extra cost. Patio heater at an additional cost. Your own gardener takes care of plants and flowers.

Between season 30.05 – 26.06.2024 per day 730,- euro, per week 5110,- euro .High season 27.06 – 28.08.2024 per day 820,- euro, per week 5740,- euro.
Between season 29.08 -25.09.2023 pr. day 730,- euro, per week 5110,- euro .
Low season 26.09 – 31.12.2023 pr. day 550,- euro, per week 3850,- euro.
Payment schedule: Advance payment of 25% when ordering. Prepayment is non-refundable but rebookable. Remaining balance within 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit 500 euro. Returned within 5 days of departure.
